                              Neil Smidstrup

                             Owner, Lead Installer, Trainer

  Neil Smidstrup is the sole stock holder and serves as President,  
 CEO, and board member of Pacific Rim Fall Protection, Inc.  

 Prior to becoming a fall protection specialist, Neil lived in Calgary,
Alberta, Canada where he graduated from Southern Alberta
Institute of Technology with a degree in Business Management.
He completed two years of an electrical apprenticeship program
before he was employed by a Canadian based firm (Tri-Tech Fall
Protection) to perform on-site fall protection system installations
all over North America. He was able to work in both the US and
Canada, because of his dual citizenship, which was a valuable
asset to Tri-Tech’s organization.
During his employment with this particular company, he led a six
month long project in Northern California and was based out of
the San Francisco bay area, where he soon became a resident.

Neil then became trained and certified through the U.S.Department
of Labor for Fall Arrest Systems in 2004, and shortly after, started
Pacific Rim Fall Protection, Inc.

Neil loves to surf, when he is not spending time with his wife,
Genevieve, their daughter, Summer, and their new son, Rhyse.
